At the heart of the IGM Group from its inception, IGM Development has been the driving force for the Group’s spectacular growth. With rapid and steady progression, IGM Development expanded into Romania (2007) and Bulgaria (2009), and now has an established presence in South-East Europe. Its great international advance came in 2010, with the development of its subsidiary in the United Kingdom and its rapid growth at the premium end of the property development market in the cosmopolitan capital of London. In 2013, the company entered the booming Asian market through the establishment of its Hong Kong operations, and began a whole new phase of development with the undertaking of an ever-increasing number of projects.
